  Matt is one of the best trainers around. Not only does he focus on your body but your mindset as well. He is very dedicated and will bring you to the next level! Without hesitation, I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

  I'm a life-long recreational athlete that has done many sports over the years. Matt has worked with me for a few years to help balance out my athletic pursuits, most recently as an avid rock climber with a busy day job. I'm often nursing little injuries of one from or another that Matt has been great at working around when necessary, and pushing me to work through when I can. My overall fitness has gone up, but, more importantly, my own knowledge of warmup, exercises, stretches, relaxation techniques, etc. has hugely increased under Matt's coaching. I used to kind of just "workout" without a real game plan or routine and now I feel that I really know how to approach it effectively. This is something that will stay with me for life and I will reap the rewards of for years to come. Thanks Matt!

  Matt rocks...until he came along, working out was a drag. He makes it fun and interesting, all about movement, games/dance/boxing, personal challenges and always outside when possible. He sets the example by his exemplarily way of life which becomes addicting. I was middle aged, over weight and hated the drudgery of exercise, and had been through a slew of trainers. And Matt gets Life, teaching skills for balance of mind, body and spirit. After Matt, I have new life routines, reached my weight loss/ fitness goals and feel 20 years younger...Solid guy, great results, highly recommend. J - Woodside

  Being a busy tech person and an athlete, its been very hard to keep my flexibility and motivation through Covid. Matt has been an inspiration by providing great coaching for strength (like many trainers) but also creative activities that are challenging and fun. His depth of knowledge and movement experience is game changing. He puts together personalize movement for me that has kept my hips and back loose despite of the hours of Zoom calls. Things I thought I would never do....like a handstand or play on the rings!!! I love the flexibility, agility and strength I've gained working with Matt along with expanding my consciousness. I haven't worked with anyone else like Matt even after years of competitive running, cycling and triathlon. He has kept me doing the things I love. LAB..... 50+
