Convenient location and friendly staff. Good parking lot too.
Went in for investing and retirement services around 10am. No line at that time. The advisors there were very nice and helpful!
I've never gone in before for withdrawing money or getting help from the tellers—so can't comment much about that aspect.
Went here to get some simple things done like order some checks.
The experience went like this. Arrived an hour before it closed, found parking easily, went into the bank, Bank Manager greeted me and asked if I need help, explained what I needed, asked me to wait and that someone will take care of me soon. Other reps were helping other clients so I waited patiently, eventually my turn came up, the rep greeted me and I explained what I needed. The rep was pleasant and the manager checked in out making sure everything was fine. They helped me with my problem, bid me a good day and I left.
All in all it was a good experience from walking in to walking out. The manager was very attentive, place looked clean and the reps were nice. I would recommend this bank.
