  I stayed at 1550 overnight after flying from Hawaii to San Francisco, on to Chicago.
  Shuttle drivers from and to the airport were timely, amiable, enthusiastic, and helpful. This was important to flyers who endured long and exhausting plane rides. Front desk manager was courteous and kindly explained all we needed to know about the room and amenities. The room decor was average but the room itself was clean and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The amenities were sufficient. The 24hr free coffee, tea, juice, and water were a big plus. I was also kept abreast of my reservation, including instructions on catching the shuttle.

  This was the third time that our family has stayed at this hotel. We absolutely love it down here. The rooms are extremely clean, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The rooms are clean. They have coffee 24 hours a day in the lobby, and it's great coffee. Convenient location.

  Very nice, supportive staff. Room was clean, well kept, and reasonably priced near the airport. Staff was also very helpful to us.
  
  My son got sick soon before our initial trip, they allowed us to cancel our one night reservation the day of without a penalty. We were not sure that we were going to be able to reschedule. Fortunately, everything worked out and we just pushed everything back a few days, and because of how helpful they were, we booked again with them for that one night we needed near the airport. Would stay again if needed a quick stay near the airport.

  Used it as day use as I had a long wait for the next flight. Booked at last moment and hotel staff informed they didnt have enough heads up. But they were genuinely willing to help and were able to provide a room an hour early check in. Best sleep I had. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Free coffee and friendly management. Would stay here for longer if on west coast.

  We arrived at 2am after a very long day of travel and one person in our group was leaving at 6am back to the airport. We were very grateful for the shuttle. The service was absolutely amazing. The guy offered us snacks from continental breakfast knowing we would miss it. He also made sure we could get what we needed from the self checkout. Huge thanks to the employees here.
