And as first time buyers, me and my wife needed a guide who is unbiased, patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about showing us numerous properties in different areas. She is amazing at providing feedback regarding structure, appraisal values, offer ranges, location pros and cons, estimated cost to redo certain parts of a house and the list goes on. Her feedback is very candid and filled with reason. She has a great network of connections in the housing market, be it lenders/mortgage loan officers, potential sellers, appraisers, construction folks etc.
