  The Online reservation process was efficient. The at the counter process was as quick as possible considering the number of people picking up cars at that time. The vehicle they provided was perfect. Had I been able to chose myself it is the vehicle I would have selected. The only problem I had was on the turn-in date and was because I didn't see the sign indicating the turn-in lane until I was past it. It took a couple of minutes to make it back to the proper lane and from there it was quick and efficient.

  This was the easiest, most pleasant car rental experience I've ever had. Everyone was genuinely friendly and accommodating. I was encouraged to walk among the vehicles till I found the right one while having engaging conversation with the delightful attendant. I was looking for just the right vehicle to take my daughter on a road trip and was not disappointed.

  Great price for a last minute vehicle rental! I love the fact that Enterprise also rents pickup trucks. This is the second time I rented a oneway vehicle from Enterprise (SF to AZ) and I was given a brand spanking new vehicle...new car smell and all. Online rental was easy, pick up was easy, and drop off was super easy. Highly recommended!

  Very good service both upon picking up the vehicle and upon return. I realize the car model you reserve is not necessarily going to be what you end up with but it always annoys me when it is not. I particularly like the fact that enterprise has many locations other than the airport. The price always seems reasonable.

  Wish I could give these guys 10 stars! Pick-up in Stanwood and drop-off at the San Francisco airport was so easy and delightful. They were so friendly and helpful. They upgraded us from a full-sized car to a Grand Caravan minivan at no extra cost - just because it was not being rented at the time. This, in itself, was the greatest blessing on our 3 weeks of driving the west coast, since we had 5 of us and all our luggage. They really took care of us and everything felt so straight forward with no surprises. I will definately look to them first in all my rental car needs from here on out.
