  Quite good ramen here. We came in on a busy sat evening and found seats right away. Got the fried chicken which was ok. Was pieces of fried chicken breast and no dipping sauce of any kind.
  
  Also ordered three different kinds of pork ramen. Mine was in a miso base. Very good. Noodles were excellent and stock was delicious. Big pieces of pork and a quail egg on top. Yum.

  One of the best Ramen I've had. Pork belly in medium spicy garlic broth.

  Simplicity in choices: ramen comes in 4 soup bases, and differs in the type(s) of pork on top: basic, +cheeks, or + belly, and specify spiciness. Big portions. Very crowded for lunch. Be in line 10 minutes before opening, or be prepared for 15 to 30 minutes wait. Services is a little chaotic as a result.

  Best ramen in San Mateo, maybe in the whole Bay Area. There’s always a line, so be prepared to wait a bit before getting to enjoy the goods. The space is intimate and the food is straightforward. They’ve introduced a few new items including some seafood based ramen, but the classic pork (medium spicy) is the clear winner for me.

  Amazing Ramen. Generous portions. We drove all the way from San Francisco to check it out. Lots of people there for dinner, but we got a table. I guess the word is out. You can't order takeout, but they will give you a package for leftovers, which I needed.
