  I had such a great experience working with Debbie & her team since 2004. She's MY real estate agent and I trust her with all of my real estate needs. REALLY.. She's helped me purchase my home, as well as sell my parent's home, purchase my parent's condo as well as advise us on any questions we have on the real estate market. I honestly refer her to all my friends and those that have worked with her has found her to be extremely professional AND able to help them look for a home etc., I cannot recommend her enough!

  In soliciting any kind of professional service, the top three things I look for are competence, integrity, and diligence. Upon meeting Debbie and Marla for the first time, I knew my realtor search was over, and they did not disappoint. Debbie’s team expertly handled the staging, marketing and negotiations for our San Mateo condo. I appreciated the frequent texts and communications keeping me apprised of the activity on the sale. Debbie knows the market well, sets realistic expectations, and sold our condo for list price. The added perk to working with Debbie is she’s a genuinely caring person. Unless you love the process, which I do not, she dramatically reduces the stress out of real estate by leading you through every step of the way. I have worked with half a dozen realtors across the country; hands down Debbie is the BEST realtor I have worked with and she is now our go-to for all future deals in the Bay Area.

  With the help from Wong real Estate group I recently had the chance of selling my property located at 905 Lurline Drive Foster City California.
  
  The professionalism dedication and supportive approaches that this team especially Debbie, Mina , and Marla demonstrated during the sail of my property was above and beyond my expectations.. This team were an excellent example of being there every step of the way. They were very organized and very available when I needed them . I enjoyed their honest clear communication skills, they were hard working and extremely pleasant to work with.
  
  I lived in my property for over44 years had wonderful memories in this lovely neighborhood . They make this transaction which could have been very exhausting to become very positive and rewarding . I end up selling the property to a family that I felt they could enjoy their new neighbors as much as my family did for so many years .

  My experience with Debbie and Marla was amazing! Being in the mortgage business in the same local market, I know many local agents, but Debbie stood out!
  
  She helped coordinate a plan with trusted contractors and professionals to do any necessary repairs and prepare the property beautifully for successful transaction! Her guidance was instrumental in making the property show fantastically, and the home selling at a great price! She also did a great job working with the buyer's agent and keeping everything on track!
  
  And, Marla did a great job providing timely disclosures and coordinating with escrow!
  
  Great team! Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
