    Needed to get a reservation for a Tow Dolly to bring a car out to Texas. I don't remember the customer service reps name, but she was super friendly and knowledgeable about tow hitches, ball drop, etc, for the dolly connection and safe towing.

    Went in last minute for a pickup truck. Previous reservation was two hours late. After making two phone calls. I was given the truck on a promise to return it my 1pm, which I did.
    Truck was clean and new.

    Great customer service!! Everyone was extremely helpful. Would have gotten a 5 star, but the van we rented was filthy. With the spread of Covid-19 this was pretty concerning. :/
    Thank goodness for disinfectant wipes.
