  For sure the best box around here! The owner -James is a wonderful person with a huge heart that made everyone feel at home and have fun during the class, make new friends, it's like a family. All coaches are great, very professional and they know a lot. Going to this gym became the best part of my day and brought me very good friends. Also the Box it's huge, it's comfortable to workout there. I consider myself very lucky to have my first experience with Crossfit in that box! I'll miss Crossfit Burlingame a lot!

  Had never been to San Fran before and decided to head to this box just based off pictures I saw online. Turns out not only is the facility first class, but the coaches are super knowledgeable and supportive. Got to have a quick chat with the owner (James) who is a really friendly and welcoming guy too.
  
  Overall, our experience training for the week at Burlingame was really impressive and positive. If you live here, you need to get down there and experience it for yourself. Highly recommend this box.

  This is an excellent box. I was visiting SF for a couple of days and decided to drop in. I'm so glad I did that. The facility is extremely spacious, has great equipment. The sign in process was fairly seamless and straightforward. Frank was coaching the class and he was great! Hes very knowledgeable. The drills he led the class before the workout were very helpful especially the stretches for opening up the hips. The workout was pretty intense and challenging. The community at this box is phenomenal. I went for the 8.30am class on Saturday morning. They were all very warm and welcoming. Had a great workout.
  
  One other thing that stood out here. I've never seen so many people show up for the 9.30am class on a Saturday morning. Pretty incredible. Wouldn't go for that class though! It was pretty packed! A suggestion for the owners. Maybe have more than one coach when the class strength is as big as it was.
  
  That being said, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone whose considering CrossFit or anyone visiting the neighborhood and looking to get a WOD in.

  Dropped in here while visiting the area. Didn't participate in the actual CrossFit classes, just went during open gym time to do my olympic lifting program. The staff was very friendly and the gym was clean and stocked with anything and everything I needed to get my lifts done. They had nice bars specifically for oly lifts and a set of kilo plates. The platforms are flat, clean, and out of the way of the rest of the gym. Would definitely visit here again and highly recommend to those in the area!

  I’ve been going to crossfit Burlingame for over a year! The community and the coaches make this place so special. The yoga classes are to not be missed! Everyone really cares about your success and cheers you on. There’s lots of opportunities for social events like bbqs, trips to Napa, and a holiday party.
