Great place to learn Kung Fu
This is a great martial art school for both: kids and parents. The ambience is very nice and friendly. All instructors are professionals, attentive to everyone. With my 3rd year experience it feels like KungFu is the greatest martial art, my favorite one absolutely. So many skills you can get from there and so much fun. Highly recommend to try.
This is an absolutely awesome school and I recommend it to everyone! My kids and I have been going there for many years now and we all are loving it!! There are not too many physical activities that the kids or adults stick to for a long time, but this school has changed that for us completely and I can’t believe that its been more than 6 years for us here and we are still going strong! I never thought kids would actually have fun exercising but I saw it with my kids here and I see it here all the time with others!! They often have smiles on their faces in class and you can see they are actually enjoying it! The instructors are also big on teaching kids discipline and respect and focus, and they make sure the kids learn to behave and do things appropriately around others. The whole atmosphere is just very welcoming and engaging! So many parents end up joining the school —just like me—after they sign up their kids and after they see them workout in classes—the whole families just end up going here! And actually many of us end-up becoming great friends! The instructors here is what makes a huge difference—they are very motivating and incredibly supporting!! You can actually see and feel the effort and dedication that they are giving to the students. They actually take time to teach and even work with an individual student to help them when they need it and they really do care about students doing it right and at the same time that the students are having fun! I very highly recommend this place to everyone!!
Great way for kids to learn balance, concentration and respect all while they get useful skills in self defense. Sifu Phillipe is absolutely the best teacher for little kids and he takes his sports and profession seriously. At times they can be very sales oriented and pull you into long term commitments.
Kung fu are life skills which are very beneficial.
My son has been going there for three years, all the instructors including Phillipe and Ming are incredible. They are all suportive and helpful to the kids and encourge positive thinking and self defense. They do not encourage kids to fight in school, and do great about making sure the kids are behaving at home and school before promoting. When my son was in kindergarten another girl was picking on him and he wouldn't stick up for himself, this girl was leaving bruises on him! Finally I had a talk with Si fu Phillipe and he talked to my son, telling him to use his voice to tell her no, and to tell a teacher. After that the girl didn't pick on him! I've never felt pressured into a contract, they do impress on us however when they are having a sale and to try to renew then. But if I didn't want to do something they were never rude. When you do sign up they tell you unless you move they will not give you your money back, this is a legally binding contract! So it's at their discretion to give a refund. I've know adults who took the class and not been able to complete it due to medical problems, and they have given a refund. But just because you don't like it anymore, or it gets too hard doesn't mean they have to give you a refund, they do have a trial period, which we took advantage of untill we knew if our son liked it. This school has done so much for our family, I can't stress how great and nurturing they are! Please check them out!
