Awesome spot, great service, use the philz app so much quicker. Walk-in is good too. There isn't anything wrong with waiting
A couple of tips before you go to this location:
1. Definitely order via app before you get there. My iced tea and chamomile took 35 minutes to make. Don't show up to order, plan ahead.
2. Ordering via app will track what you've enjoyed before. An employee once made me a BOMB drink that I didn't know what it was because I ordered in person and couldn't track it through the app.
First off, the gentleman directing customers to their drinks on 1/10/21 around noon offered really good customer service. I waited 35 minutes for two teas and when I got back to my car and sipped mine, it was watered down oatmilk with no tea. I was a little peeved and I showed back up and I told him "hey I don't mean to be rude but this is terrible" and he apologized and told me they'd remake it right away and to trash the original. He produced a much improved tea and even refunded me + he was incredibly positive and genuine about the whole thing. Whoever that guy was, he did turn the situation into a better one.
Love the coffee here! I think I've tried almost every blend on the menu. Friendly staff, lots of parking and ease w/ the app!
