  My daughter and I attended the four day program in late September. The experience was beyond wonderful. Every single member of the staff made us feel welcome and special every minute we were there. The facility and location is beautiful. The food was great. Hikes were amazing. Star gazing and sunrise were so special. Exercise/yoga/mediation were tailored specifically to us and were great. I learned to challenge myself a little and go outside my comfort zone and that I am actually comfortable there! I learned so much about looking after myself both mentally and physically and make a point of taking the time each day to do a little of each.   An incredible, one of a kind experience with the power to transform your life. I spent a weekend at Skylonda in June, and although many aspects were challenging, they pushed me to do things I didn't think I could do. I felt totally revitalized, with many tools that I needed to bring into my life to make it healthier and more peaceful. I still picture myself in those redwoods whenever I meditate, and have incorporated many of the amazing things I learned about nutrition, exercise and inner joy from that weekend. This is not your ordinary "health retreat" - it's truly life changing, made even better by the amazing team there. My advice if you go is to give yourself over to it, go all in and embrace everything. You'll be amazed at the magic that you discover inside yourself when you do!

  I attended a 4-day retreat at Skylonda Lodge and the experience was magical! From the time I was picked up from the airport and taken to Skylonda Lodge, until the day I had to leave every attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were lovely, the amenities were tailored to my requests, the food was divine, workshops and massages were top notch, and the service was impeccable! I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!

  I attended a 4-day retreat at Skylonda in the Fall of 2017 and it was truly transforming. As a mother of 2 young children, this experience was exactly what I needed to refocus on how to create joy and happiness in my everyday life, and be more present to the happiness that was already there. I was able to shed some guilt, be reassured of my strengths, and enjoy friendship and support from the other attendees and staff. All while eating amazing food and enjoying great exercise and stretching each day! Thank you so much Skylonda.

  Haven't you always wanted to be the one going to camp...not your kids? This is a delicious, spiritual, and athletic experience at a luxurious property. It has it all, nestled in the beautiful redwoods, it's a time to reconnect with yourself and meet amazing people. Love it! Would def go back.
