Lisa was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and thorough explaining every step of purchasing a home. My husband and I were nervous entering into the housing market as others had been overly pushy with us or criticizing our lack of knowledge. Lisa was the exact opposite. Lisa was completely committed to finding us a qualified buyer as soon as we met her. We did everything with her remotely as we live almost 500 miles away. She called us every week with status and answers to questions. She was extremely creative, thinking of a way to reach retiring residents in nearby cities who might choose to downsize and yet stay close to friends and services. On her own, she created an introduction letter describing our condo unit and sent it out to almost 1,000 addresses. After two months of no offers, we had four good prospects within a week. With Lisa’s strong support an offer to buy was received after negotiations and then we closed on almost the exact day Lisa had predicted. We would recommend Lisa to anyone with a condo to buy or sell in Silicone Valley as she really knows this market.
