  This was my first experience with Acupuncture, and Dr. Sun really leveled up the expectations for my partner and I. He started by asking us a lot of questions and understanding our health concerns. He was patient in explaining what each procedure does and why it would be helpful, and he was also super gentle with us since it was our first time.
  
  Now Dr. Sun also takes insurance so we will definitely be coming a lot more often!

  I was really impressed by Dr. Sun. I’ve been having neck and back problems due to work from home, and Dr. Sun provided very detailed explanations of what was going on from both a Western medicine and acupuncture perspective. I really appreciate healthcare practitioners who are serious about educating their patients so that we don’t just manage symptoms but help address the root cause. He even provided helpful suggestions to improve my ergonomics for my work from home set-up! Would definitely come again and I’m recommending this place to all my friends who are looking for acupuncture or tuina.

  So for the past 2 months, I had been recovering from a lower back muscle strain and acupuncture was recommended to relieve the joint stiffness. I had always been squeamish about needles and when I told Dr. Sun, he not only explained to me the process of acupuncture so I would know exactly what would happen, he also frequently asked me how I was feeling throughout the treatment and reassured me that I could stop at any time. For those of you who feel the same way about needles as I do, it was more of an “uncomfortable” feeling as opposed to “painful” but once the needles were inserted, I barely felt a thing! I was so relaxed that I even took a nap during the treatment.
  
  Overall, I highly recommend acupuncture and Dr. Sun. I loved that he is very knowledgable and took the time to explain the biology behind my injury.

  I came to Dr. Sun for some run-of-the-mill tightness. Sitting a lot from work, trying to lift heavy at the gym, running with my dog all led to general discomfort on my lower back.
  
  Dr. Sun was incredibly thorough with my first visit. He asked a ton of questions, which I didn't mind, since I understand he needs to get a complete picture of my overall health. He was not pushy or condescending and really showed a willingness to understand where I was coming from.
  
  He started off with a brief massage, which was awesome and totally unexpected. He was very receptive to my feedback where I had my aches and pains.
  
  His acupuncture skills are top shelf - felt the needle go in (of course), but it was clean and straight. I didn't even realize he put a bunch in my lower back because he was very quick and efficient. He applied some heat once the needles were all in and it really helped alleviate the aches and pains I had.
  
  Dr. Sun followed up with additional exercises, stretches, and remedies that I can do at home to help keep myself. I was able to implement some of these and help alleviate the pain.
  
  I would highly recommend Dr. Sun to anybody looking for acupuncture or eastern medicine wellness.

  My visit with Dr. Sun was wonderful. From the very beginning he was professional, attentive, and offered a holistic approach to addressing my health concerns.
  
  I've had chronic migraines and neck/shoulder pain stemming from desk work. During our initial consultation, we went over my health history and Dr. Sun offered actionable steps to incorporate into my day to day to help relieve my pain. He recommended acupuncture and cupping. Throughout the session, Dr. Sun made sure that I felt comfortable with the needles and treatment. Immediately after my visit, there was a noticeable decrease of pain in my neck/shoulders. It's the best I've felt in months. I am so thankful that I was able to meet with Dr. Sun and even writing this review (it's been 3 days since our session), I've noticed that I am sleeping better and my pain has subsided significantly.
  
  I cannot recommend Dr. Sun enough!
