This property is lovely and the team is awesome! The amenities are five star and the apartment homes have everything you could possibly dream of. I recommend Blossoms at Brentwood for your new home.

Beautiful place to call home! Would like to “spotlight” and recognize Jessica and Sophia for their sense of urgency when remedying work orders or property concerns. Also, the team’s deep emotional empathy towards ALL residents showcases the willingness to ensure fairness with solutions . Everyone always has a warm and welcoming approach with ALL residents and has truly proven their dedication in supporting the ultimate resident experience living at Blossoms at Brentwood!

I really enjoyed Touring at Blossoms of Brentwood. Everyone in the office was amazing and really made it feel like a true community. I toured with a nice girl named Jessica she was so helpful and thoroughly answered all of my questions even though I had a million lol
The location is perfect close to the freeway and multiple shopping,restaurants and night life. If you enjoy weekend outings plenty of events in the area (farmers market, concert in the park, dinners and shopping downtown). The landscaping makes you feel like your surrounded by nature. I can honestly say I have toured 6 communities last week and this is the only one that did not make me feel like I was being coerced into moving here like a bad car sales person:) I really enjoyed the talk Jessica and I had touring the units and she managed to incorporate different aspects and convenience of each amenity while still continuing our conversation. Talk about multi tasking. I applied obviously and I cant wait to move in. The price is worth it (trust me I have done my due diligence when shopping around. I even got to meet the maintenance which was a plus because usually on tours you don't and get surprised with billy bob with no teeth knocking on your door to fix your toilet lol
I would give this community 10 stars if I could and will update my review in 6 months! Happy days

the staff working in leasing Office are Excellent on there job , helpfull and friendly they have such good harmony with each other and make me feel like home, Jessica and Sophia these two make it Excellent and they are at the top of their Job and follow up with Tenants, and Applicants, I had this issue with my door lock and was trying to explain that because it was giving me hard time and they handled it very fast and patiently because it was something complicated, took a while to figure out but every-time i went to the to the office the have really good hospitality,

Beautiful new community. Comfortable, calm and quiet location and close and convenient to shopping and freeway access! The inside of the apartments look so fresh and open. Cabinets and flooring beautiful.
