I’ve been coming to this place for about 3 months now and it has played a major role in my recovery. I was on a very high dose of methadone for many years and decided it was time for a change. Ketamine helped get me off of it and I’ve been clean now since late January. I still had bad withdrawal symptoms but from what I know it could have been much worse. I still continue with the ketamine treatments for other ailments such as depression, back pain, cravings, and anxiety and I’ve been really surprised with the benefits of this medicine. The staff are also very nice laid back people who will make you feel welcome and comfortable. If you call to make an appointment, or to get questions answered, chances are you’ll get to speak to Danea. She’ll even take the time to tell you about her experience, and if you don’t book an appointment, I’d be very surprised! Go ahead and take a chance and see if it doesn’t change your life too!

Dr Wender is personable and down to Earth, always cheerful and relaxed which helps set the mood for this kind of treatment! They provide private treatment rooms equipped with a recliner, blankets, sleep masks, soothing light displays and aroma therapy for those who want them. I take my phone and listen to music on my headset during treatments. I always feel
comfortable and welcomed…even known and remembered! I know these treatments don’t work for everyone, but they have changed my life for my chronic pain. Though most insurance does not cover it, Dr Wender and his staff have been very very helpful to me with filing all of the needed insurance claims. I couldn’t be happier with the help and service this clinic provides.

I believe this place is straightforward and honest. The Doctor and his staff were professional and very transparent concerning every aspect of the treatment. I live in the north bay but was willing to make the trip --- I found closer locations way too expensive; another just felt suspect. Basically, this place felt safe and and so I'll be going back for sure!

Dr. Paul Wender was extremely welcoming and understanding of my needs. Ketamine infusion isn't meant to work after one session, it is a process. I am 3 sessions in and it has been life changing for me. My depression is gone for the first time in my life. I am more motivated and focused than I have ever been. I would highly recommend trying this if you have struggled with depression or anxiety. The room is very relaxing with a comfortable reclining chair and decor for heighten your experience. I am truly a new person ready to take on life's challenges, can't thank him enough for providing this service.
