  As an energy worker and always in my body consciousness, I am sensitive to treatments. I tried the Whole Body Vibration and instantly my body felt wonderful as if my organs were dancing and getting a massage. The vibrations shook up my systems breaking up stagnant energy and reinforcing the flow of energy. My lymphatic system opened up even more so and gave a boost to the detoxification process. I then experienced the Amethyst & Tourmaline biomat, which immediately put me to sleep as the heat amplified the crystals' properties making this modality an essential component in the healing process.   The whole body vibration machine is amazing! My body is more toned then when I was 18! I feel very strong and agile. I sleep much better, my spider veins are fading and my double chin goes away! I look and feel younger. I can't wait to use it every day. I saw toning results in the first week.
  
  Also the customized nutrition helped me so much. I started using it almost 5 years a go and since then I experienced no more pain in my joints, less white hair, a sense a well being in general and is much easier to hike uphill now. It makes so much sense, is made for my body freshly every month, is very easy to use and it takes the guess work out off my nutritional regimen.

  One of the most wonderful experiences. At first, the vibration machines made me laugh a bit, because it was so different from anything I had experienced. The vibrations, with varying positions through out the 30-minute session greatly improve my mood, posture, fitness level and overall perspective.
  
  In addition to the vibration machine, I enjoy (when time permits) the amethyst heating therapy in the lounge chair. A lovely way to heal the body from outside to within while indulging in some relaxation. The Himalayan salt block lined window provides comfort and healing warmth.
  
  The best part of the experience is Iona, the owner. She is one of the most caring, genuine and kind individuals I have met. It was due to her personality and kindness that I initially tried the vibration machine, but ultimately I continue to be drawn to the overall experience. Highly recommend you try it

  I am just beginning to get to know Ioana and her wonderful studio of wellness. I am seeing her to utilize the BARS Access Consciousness Sessions she is offering (yes, she still has everything else mentioned in her website as to services and more, too).
  
  My experience has been fantastic after just two sessions of BARS. I feel like the subconscious clutter is cleaned out after each session. It's like a spring cleaning and centering of the brain each session. I've noticed an uptick in productivity in many areas of my life, and better focus. I've also noticed my eating habits changing. This is huge! Instead of going for coffee, just as an example, I am reaching for green tea and it's an easy decision, not a tug of war to choose to eat healthier. I eat and crave more cruciferous salads than I have prior to the sessions, too! This tells me that I am really hearing what my body truly wants and going for this instead of junk.There are other changes as well that have more to do with the programming around money and abundance. I'm feeling so much more space to run my vibration more abundantly and positively than before. And, as I had a fear around large aggressive dogs, this has diminished and I'm much more calm. Which in turn helps my little dog. I'm hooked! :0)

  I have been using the vibration machine at Design Your Wellness now for over 6 months. My goal each week is to use it 3 times. It helps my mood improve and I feel stronger and toner. I missed about 2 weeks because I was out of town. I noticed even though I kept up my walking I missed the positive effects the machine gave me. Ioana keeps an eye on the speed and I can now handle a much stronger vibration than when I first started. Very energizing. I am happy I found her.
