Movers Pro

Great !! We completed our move with Movers Pro yesterday and Lanny and his team were a dream to work with. The guys arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They took great care of our stuff and helped us move in less than three hours. Even with my dark barking his head off from the bathroom, these guys had a great attitude and wonderful customer service. While moving the stuff into my new place, Lanny noticed the laminate nose on one of my newly installed stairs was loose. He very kindly got out some wood glue from his tool set and re-set the stair at the end of the day. I appreciate the way this team went above and beyond to make my move stress free!

I decided to go with Movers Pro as the customer service was top notch. Farzi was responsive and attentive to all my needs. For a 2 bed 2bad apartment, Movers Pro recommended a 3 man crew but in all honesty, I wish it was 4! Services were from 8-3:45 (Emeryville to Oakley) so a big and long job.The crew did a good job in wrapping, packing and assembly so I would recommend them again.

Movers Pro was absolutely amazing. I was very worried about moving our law offices at the end of the year, as I (the operations person) would be on vacation, and I needed everything to go as smoothly as possible. Boy, did it ever go smooth! Sweet Lemon was the only mover who gave me a quote to get the move done in one day, and they did! They even had staff on standby just in case. Jim was very patient and easy to work with, even when we requested weird things (crates delivered early multiple times, etc). I especially loved that when I didn't get back to Jim about a problem by the time we agreed upon, he just went ahead and and fixed it! Awesome. Can't recommend Movers Pro enough, it was wonderful to have no worries and no complaints when I got back from my vacation!.
