I hate insurance. I got to know Dorotea personally, and she is an intelligent and giving person. When I asked, she took time to explain to me details of my policy. Mary Ann helped me with a quote and was prompt in her email responses. As with all insurance, they are very busy, so if you are young or not sure how insurance works, make sure to advocate for yourself and ask questions. StateFarm was fine and gave me the best price I could find for several years.
