California Lottery District Office

My first time with a win big enough to send to Sacramento and not sure how to do this. I brought my winning ticket to the Ca Lottery office and the man working there went over exactly what I needed to do from filling out the form and signing the back of the ticket and placing them in the envelope and then into the interoffice mail box to go to Sacramento. Very easy and painless. I hope I have more big wins!

Immaculately clean building. Not sure when this office opened but it looks brand new. Kind of hidden and it comes up quickly so be on the look out for this off Milpitas Blvd.
Online process only for appt.
Window clerk was very professional and answered all my questions.
Still waiting for my check though....

The folks here are extremely helpful and help you fill out the forms correctly. They have all been very nice on every visit I've made. They don't ask tons of questions just help you out.
If you have difficulty cashing a $500 ticket this is the place to go.
