I love this store! It’s the biggest party supply store in the immediate area next to having to go to San Jose or Salinas so they can run out of stock pretty quickly. Customer service has be really good in my experience. Very friendly and as helpful as can be. Wandering the isles there makes me feel like a kid again so it’s pretty fun. Clean and organized I found items I needed fairly easily and checkout was quick and hassle free.

One suggestion is they may want to turn down the Halloween music a bit, well a lot. It’s super loud and headache inducing after a few minutes.

Overall I think it’s a great place to get party supplies in larger quantities and with a good selection. I always leave there in a good mood lol!

Robert was helpful and patient on the phone as I looked to confirm if they had a Claw Machine toy and that it was the right one my son wanted. He held the product for me and was very kind and informative to me and my son as we bought candies to fill the claw machine with. I'll definitely be back and look forward to having Party City help in making my son's next birthday a really fun time!

I made it a point to leave a review for my recent experience at this location. Party City Corporation has an error where some prices listed only are different from the prices in store. After a call with corporate, I was told to head into any Party City location to receive a refund for the price overpaid. After a very complicated refund process due to a system error and two trips to Part City stores, I was able to receive my refund. `

While lengthy return processes are never fun, I was amazed and thankful for the customer support I received onsite. Bella went above and beyond to ensure that I was refunded the correct amount. A process that should typically take 5 minutes, took 20. She worked diligently and patiently to make sure I left happy and did it all with a great attitude.

I agree that there are some disconnects amongst employees that can ultimately lead to a poor customer experience, but I received the opposite. Bella and her teammates worked together to get me my refund, and the issues I faced were more systemic to Party City Coporation. My advice is to invest more in the employees who work hard to resolve issues that are often outside of their control. Huge props to Bella and team!
