I have known Shelley for many years, well before she was in Real Estate. So of course, Shelley was the one we turned to when our young adult daughter was ready to move out on her own and began her search for a home out of state. Shelley's professionalism, knowledge, experience, and advice were invaluable. She referred us to a Lending Officer in the state of Tori's interest and personally interviewed several Real Estate Agents before connecting us with a respected and knowledgeable realtor in the area that would look out for Tori's best interest.
Throughout the entire process Shelley checked in with us and offered assistance and advice. She went above and beyond what was necessary in Tori's home search. I’ve known Shelley for many years now. When we purchased our home, it was before we met Shelley, so we have not completed a purchase/sale with her yet. However, Shelley has taken us to view houses, provided a solid referral for an out of state purchase (including taking the time to interview several agent candidates), ran many MLS comp reports for us and provided overall sound advice in relation to real estate. As an added bonus, Shelley has provided several referrals for various repairs & improvements that were needed to our home. Shelley exhibits all of the qualities that we look for in people we do work with. She is trustworthy, hard-working and (probably most importantly) a great communicator. Shelley , was great helping us sell my mom house which was part of an estate. When there was a problem she made a call had a company pick up all things left over from the estate to be cleared out. The house sold within a week there were multiple offers on it. It’s went way over asking price. She always kept us in the loop about which steps to take next. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She explained everything to us if we had questions. I would highly recommend Shelley, she is very knowledgeable and professional and trustworthy.
