  Dr. Kha is just amazingly caring and excellent eye doctor. I felt well served as I visited for annual eye check. Her exams as well as feedback is thorough. Highly recommended.

  Had a good experience on my first visit. Got a same day appointment on a weekend which is rare and the doctor took the time to separate the different problems I was having with my vision. She took extra time to explain each condition based on my symptoms.
  
  I had to follow up with an opthalmologist and a neurologist and her initial diagnoses was correct.
  
  Couple of issues: getting the prescription glasses took 3-4 weeks. I realized later that chain stores could deliver the same prescription in 2 weeks. But hey, supporting local businesses is better. Staff at the front desk was confused, they told me the glasses had not been delivered even after 4 weeks while they actually had them already. To their credit they did call me back. Finally, I needed a referral to see an opthalmologist at UCSF, which I got on short notice, but it included just a summary statement without the raw technical results. Partly due to this, I had to get the same tests done again at UCSF. Maybe this is the norm, but it cost me more of my deductible.
  
  All things considered, I do plan to go back to them.

  Dr Kha has seen me for my eyeglass and contact prescriptions for years and has always been superb. She even picked up a finding of an abnormal cup to disk ratio and wanted me to see my regular ophthalmologist to check eye pressures and visual fields. She was right and after a lot of tests, I had normal tension glaucoma and ended up on prescription eye drops for glaucoma. I always buy my eyeglasses from her after my annual acuity exams and am always satisfied by the quality. I've also been fitted for contact lenses and bought them there, but I don't use contacts all the time, mostly glasses.

  Have been a patient there for many years and Dr. Kha is extremely professional and patience with all of my questions. They also have a wide variety of glasses selections. The office is clean and they clean up all equipment/chairs after each exam. Strongly recommend this place :)
