  I went to Dr. Parvini after years of abusing my body by working long hours for over 30 years, throughout my life I have been in 3 minor car accidents, one I was rear ended, one I rear ended a car and one I was a passenger in which I hit my head against the dashboard, as I was young and healthy I managed with pain medication; it wasn’t until I hit 50 that I start having severe back problems and to make matters worse I fell flat on my back, this is when I decided to do something about it. Dr. Parvini was highly recommended, I had seen other chiropractors before and I wasn’t impressed, they took my money and I felt the same after each treatment, but with Dr. Parvini was different from the start, the initial examination took over one hour because he was so detailed, he explained everything, and when he showed me the X-Rays it all made sense, I decided to move forward and after two months of treatment with Dr. Lynnard an associate of Dr. Parvini I feel better than ever, I can do more with my life, I am more energetic, I sleep all night and all without taking pain killers, this is a life changing experience. I encourage anyone that lives in pain to see Dr. Parvini and Dr. Lynnard, I now go on telling anyone that listens to see them, they are the very best. Anabelle Little

  I’m a new dad, and hurt my lower back a couple times taking care of my newborn. Between all the diaper changes, carrying my little bundle of joy around all day and night, and falling asleep in weird positions whenever I had a chance to take a nap after some sleepless nights, my back just gave up! Dr. Lynnard Cabanas helped me get my back in order, and I experienced 50% pain reduction after just 8 visits!! I’m continuing to make progress with Dr. Cananas adjustments, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone with back pain.

  I had been putting off seeing someone about my back pain for years. I figured that there was nothing anyone could do; I just needed to focus on my posture. My doctor referred me to see this office... them reminded me... then reminded me.... so finally I went in.....
  
  What the heck was I thinking waiting so long!?
  
  First off, it is really refreshing to explain your ailments and feelings to someone and have them understand. For instance, I told Dr. Parvini that my upper back pain made me feel like I needed to be punched in the back to get relief. I've told people this before and I get looks like I'm crazy (even from my Doctor haha!), but Dr. Parvini totally understood what I meant. Moreover, he took a good hour to understand my health history, my current ailments, he assessed the way I walked, sat, he looked over my back, shoulders, neck, took x rays..... this Doctor is thorough, guys! I felt like his assessment was not based on assumption and he wasn't trying to just sell me treatments he didn't feel I needed.
  
  I have just completed 12 adjustment sessions with Dr. Lynnard, and I am so happy to say that I feel a difference. My back pain has diminished greatly. Dr. Lynnard is very receptive to feedback. Every time I see him, he asks me for an update on not only my back pain, but how I am feeling in general. He takes my whole well being into consideration when providing my treatment. He also takes his time with each patient to ensure they don't feel rushed.
  
  Along with the adjustments, I decided to do a session of massage therapy with Holly (I hope her name is Holly. I know it starts with a H and I know its not Hannah... sorry if its not Holly!). I figured that the massage therapy may help with some of my general back discomfort while working on my other back issues. Boy, was I right! The massage therapist was so friendly, attentive, and she listened to my feedback. I was sore afterward because she did provide a deep tissue massage, but I felt a lot better after the soreness passed. I feel like I have less "knots" and inflammation. I look forward to seeing her again soon, and think it is worth the investment to go back every month or so.
  
  After completing my first set of prescribed adjustment sessions, my back pain is much much better, but still has a ways to go (I mean, this back pain has been around for 15 years... it's persistent). I was a little nervous meeting with Dr. Parvini again for a re-assessment. Would he suggest some super pricy new treatment plan!? Nope! Taking into consideration my progress and my current ailments, he suggested a modest revision to my first plan, with a follow up in a few months. Perfect! Again, I didn't feel like his suggestion was based on assumption or he was trying to sell me something I didn't need.
  
  Lastly, I gotta talk about Aida (I really hope I'm not butchering her name!). She is not only really professional and totally gets what "customer service" really means, but she is also simply a nice person. Have you ever met an employee at a store or a restaurant and thought "I could totally be friends with this person"? Aida is THAT nice. Having her as the "face of the business" in that she is the first person you see when you walk through the door... thats icing on the cake.
  
  This whole staff is nice. Every. Single. Person. Really nice. Really smart, knows their stuff, super helpful, patient, explanatory... they check off every box for a business deserving not only 5 stars, but every patient who has walked through their door. I am really glad I decided to come here. I feel like I have a true resource for my back's health for life.

  Dr. Parvini and Dr Cabanas are great. I first had a full exam with Dr Parvini and I was impressed by how much time he took and how thorough the exam was. Dr Cabanas also does my adjustments and he asks a lot of questions and I have been happy with them so far. Highly recommend it here!

  The whole office is amazing. They listen to your assessment of yourself before they give you their professional assessment (no ego). I was correctly assessed, my treatment plan was clearly explained, and the results have been inline with their plan. I am truly impressed.
