First, let's set the context. I am a nuclear engineer and former Captain of a nuclear submarine. I grew-up working in my father's service station. So I have pretty high standards and tons of automotive knowledge. I do most of the work on my cars myself. So when I needed an emergent repair while traveling far away from home (and my own tools), I was obviously anxious about finding a reputable and competent shop. I picked Robert due to plenty of positive reviews, and that he had previously helped my wife with a simple fix gratis while she was down here alone. I couldn't have asked for better anything...customer service, timeliness, technical competence, effective communications, or price. No wonder Robert has been in this location for years in spite of the growth of chain shops, dealerships, and other competitors all around him. He simply beats them hands down! Thanks again!
