Had great first experience at LaserAway! I was looking to get lip filler, as it has been a while since I got it done last and was browsing around for options that would give me the results I wanted. I liked that the initial consultation was very quick, easy, and informative. Kayla did a wonderful job of walking me through their estimates, procedures, and I was able to take some time to think about all of this, and by the end of the week I had written back to go ahead and book! The process was quick , I was able to immediately get approved for a payment plan (how cool that this is an option!), fill out all of the necessary forms, send over my ID, and get a pre-appointment consultation/clearance over FaceTime. When I arrived, I was greeted with very welcoming and friendly customer service. I will say that the clinician (I wish I remembered her name because she was so sweet and professional!) did an EXCELLENT job. I barely felt a thing, which was a nice change as my last experience was quite painful at some points at a separate business I had gone to. I could tell that she knew what was doing, and the results did not disappoint! Since I was under the payment plan, all I had to do on my way out was book my touch up with the rest of my syringe in 2 weeks time, and I was out the door. I've been coming to this location for laser facials. The front desk is always welcoming and cheery. I recently did the clear + brilliant permea treatment. The front desk person even offered to apply the numbing cream on my face, which was nice. The treatment is uncomfortable but the pay off is worth it. The nursing staff is always thoroughly explains before and after treatment and makes sure I have spf before I leave. After about a week, I feel like I have new skin.

I’ve been going to Laser Away for as long as I remember for my Laser Hair Removal Needs. I recently had a small issue with the front desk regarding my appointments and I requested a call back from the manager, Kate. Although I was very disappointed from the front desk customer service, Kate was very understanding and is a phenomenal manager. I was very impressed with her customer service and attitude. She really helped me out and was the best. Thank you Kate!

This was my first time getting lip fillers and of course I was
super nervous! Nervous of the pain/process and of
getting my lip vision across correctly (no one wants to end
up with duck lips or anything). Well let me say they did
NOT disappoint! My whole experience from the treatment
specialist Heather that helped me book my first
appointment to the wonderful ladies in the front desk to
my amazing nurse Jacqueline was AMAZING! Let me just
say, Jacqueline DELIVERED! She is very knowledgeable in
what she does which made me feel so comfortable. I
asked for a natural cute pout that fit my face features and
fixed my asymmetry and that is exactly what she gave! If
you are looking for a place to get lip fillers, look no further
and go to Laser Away Los Gatos, they will NOT disappoint!

Laser Away has great customer service. The employees are always nice , polite, caring, friendly , and respectful of your needs. You feel welcomed and taken care of when you're there. Jacqueline is great ! She does her job well and makes your appointment go smoothly and is very thorough. They always have your best interest in mind and let you know of promotions and specials . They try to help you find a good deal that's reasonable in your budget . They don't try to oversell and aren't pushy . The ladies that work here are all very nice. I highly recommend them because you won't be disappointed!
