Seydou has worked with my son for the past year and have been very happy with his progress. He never held a racket prior to first lesson and given we don't play much outside of the lessons, he has come a long way.

Seydou is an excellent coach. Our daughter who is a beginner in tennis has been training with him for a couple of months now and we already see drastic improvement in her performance. Seydou keeps the training interesting by introducing games and other challenges that definitely helps the child understand the game. Our daughter’s form and technique has improved and she feels more comfortable and confident compared to where she started. She looks forward to her classes and enjoys practicing during weekdays so she is prepared for her upcoming classes.

I've been working with Seydou since 2019, and you simply cannot find a better coach than him. I used to think I hit much harder and faster than most people until I played with Seydou, when he puts in 30% of speed I can barely handle it anymore. And of course as time goes by, we're now capable of having pretty long and intense rallies. We've once even had other players at the court come by to spectate. This guy has got an ATP ranking, if you think you're already pretty good but want to keep improving, hit him up.

I have been training with Seydou for almost 2 years. I played and competed when I was younger, so I was looking for a coach that I could have intense hitting sessions with. Seydou offers both private and hitting lessons. He has a lot of really good experience playing professionally. I have seen him coach kids as well. He is really good. He completely changed my game. I wish I met him when I was younger. I've had many coaches throughout my life. Seydou is by far the best. He pushes you to work hard and has himself been through very intense training in his career. If you have a kid who wants to start competing, instead of going to an expensive club and paying a membership, I strongly recommend that you get some private lessons with Seydou. He has been to some of the best academies in the country. If you are intermediate or advanced and you are looking to drastically improve your game, Seydou can help you. He will show you how to setup points and how to stay mentally strong. He has had an ATP ranking. You can learn a lot about what tennis is like at that level. He is athletic and able to hit with you unlike most coaches at clubs who are older. This is a huge advantage. It is not easy to find a coach like Seydou in the bayarea.

Seydou is a great coach! He's very patient, thorough, and breaks down the technical aspects of tennis very well. I've tried other coaches and tennis camps where the focus is just trying to give you general techniques on hitting balls (ie tips like swing sooner or move your feet more), but Seydou actually breaks down what you are doing wrong and how you can improve with everything from your footwork, grip, swing, and movement. He's retaught my ground strokes starting with teaching me about how to do a proper loop to using my feet in the right moments to hit the ball to generate more power.

It's only been about 6 months since I've been taking private lessons with Seydou, but I've seen a significant improvement in my game. I'm able to hit balls with more power with control, going from a barely 3.0 to a solid 3.5 player - even being able to keep pace in hitting with 4.0+ players. I've been playing since I was 10 years old so it's been a lot of bad habits that I've had to unwind, and definitely moments of frustration with myself, but I've been patient with the process, trusted Seydou's advice, and have been very happy with the improvements to my game!

Also, what inspired me to start with Seydou was seeing how he worked with my boyfriend. My boyfriend had zero knowledge of tennis and only picked it up during the summer of 2021. He excelled in his game so quickly in less than 1 year, and was beating me consistently in games demonstrated how good Seydou’s coaching was and motivated me to do lessons with Seydou too!
