Kim was quick and helped us resolve drain blockage in minutes, he arrived so quick on late Saturday evening and gave us his excellent service. Thank you Kim?✌️

Kim did a great job on hydro-jetting the drain lines in the garden. Also, did a complimentary check of the sewer line with the camera. If you want drain services from someone that's honest and reliable, you will not be disappointed with Kim.

Drain Control was great to work with. We had an emergency plumbing issue and Kim responded quickly and came out within hours to help us. He successfully cured our issue within 30 minutes and was very professional! Will gladly hire him again!

Drain Control, Kim really knows what he's doing and has high end equipment to get the job done! He cleared out blockage for our 130 foot main sewer line using his Hydro Jet with the Warthog Nozzle. He also had a tech camera so that he could see exactly what was going on in the sewer line. He does great work! I highly recommend Kim at Drain Control.

I had a clogged kitchen sink last week and I called Kim after a few other places couldn't come out for a few hours. Kim said he could come by within the hour - and he was there in 30 minutes. Not only did he get the sink unclogged but he let me know that I had a problem with my garbage disposal. He ran over to Hone Depot, picked up a new one and had everything done within an hour. His service was impeccable and and his rates were incredibly reasonable - especially because it was a weekend.

Fast forward one week and I am at my mom's house in Los Altos and we were running the dishwasher. As soon as it started to drain, the air vent started spewing water and there was a huge leak under the sink. I sent a text over to Kim and he said he'd be here within an hour. Again, he was incredibly prompt. He cleared up a clog in the drain line, made sure everything was working properly and left without charging us!
