Back in 2016 when we were purchased our first home, we met Sophie at an open house. She was not our agent back then, but we knew she would be our listing agent when we sell our house because her knowledge of local market is very impressive, she takes really good care of the customers and gets the best value you can get for your house.
Fast forward to 2019, Sophie just helped us sell our house in a market which was slowing down during winters. She did not pressurize or give wrong advice like many other agents do. She was patient and got us the best deal in the neighborhood.

My husband and I first encountered Sophie when we were shopping around for real estate in South Bay area. She was representing one of the apartments we looked at and, although we didn't make an offer on that one, we were impressed by her communication and knowledge of the area, and so we took note of her information. Our constraints when selling were rather challenging: we contacted her late September 2018, and needed to sell by end of year for tax purposes.
