    Within Santa Clara County there are a multitude of property management and commercial real estate brokerages providing consumers with more choices, but also a greater challenge finding the right fit. Kevin Sakimoto and Pacific Gateway Properties has been an excellent fit for my clients simply due to his level of professionalism, prompt response, and ability to find the best fit solutions. As a residential realtor, I refrain from dabbling into commercial sales and property management knowing it’s not my field of expertise. A recent client I referred Kevin was in the process of expanding his warehouse and his staff. He had outgrown his current space and needed additional room for inventory, machinery, and more personnel. Prior to working with Kevin, my client was searching and negotiating on his own. Needless to say, it did not work out. He simply did not have the resources, connections, and especially the time to devote to a property search. Once Kevin stepped in, the process was streamlined and the right warehouse was found soon after, in an ideal location, close to his original business. Most business owners I know are working full time and don’t have the bandwidth in their schedules to search for and negotiate the sale or lease on their own. That’s when someone like Kevin and Pacific Gateway can make all the difference.
