Quality Water Heater Service

Honestly one of the best repair man in San Jose. Down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. He also saved me hundreds of dollars instead of going to San Jose water heaters. I appreciate his work and hope more people engage in his business. Amazing man and incredible person.

You never really think about the accessibility of hot water until it's gone. Since my water heater stopped functioning, I urgently reached out to a few plumbers to see if we could get it repaired as oppose to replacing it.

When i submitted a quote through Yelp, I believe the owner, David, messaged me back and we got on the phone to discuss it more. He went onto explain more about water heaters, reasons for failure and listed out all my options. He went onto mention that before replacing it, he would help me troubleshoot the issue through the phone. (of course i gladly accepted.)

Having acquired all this knowledge from him, i went over to my water heater and tried troubleshooting it for the first time and BOOM!!! it started up again.

Overall, I do sincerely appreciate David offering to troubleshoot my water heater. An even though I no longer required his services, I would still like to give him a shout out. You bet once my water heater completely fails, I'll reach out.

Quick response-great service. David called back immediately and came out the same day. He know his stuff and is very reasonable. He is a licensed contractor and has a great deal of knowledge that not only solved our water heater issues but helped with other issues in our home.
A good person to know for home repairs and problems.
