My experience at the shop...was extremely excellent customer service the technician attended me rigth away on time and handed all the paper work with the next appointment as i requested and provided me supplies for the device I'm been visited the shop in San Jose for almost a year long without no problems.Thanks.
Although the device itself gave me issues once or twice I really enjoyed the experiences I had with Ronnie. The 5 stars is for him. He went beyond just servicing my device, but also kept me informed about what to do along the way and got me the answer to any questions I had.
I’ve had the IID Device for quite some time I tried to switch over to two other company to save some money. The IID device was always giving me issues! the device at life safer is GRATE doesn’t make me blow for over 3 second and beeps at a reasonable timing. I would highly recommend life saver versus any other I’ve been with a few and this is yet the best!
