This is a small business run by 2 brothers in San Jose. I got to meet them both when I went into the store because Pete and Roberto are both hands on in their business, however I've been working with Roberto. I'm redoing my house with LVT floors and after shopping around Roberto gave me a thicker tile / higher quality material and even beat the price of my cheapest set of material I was looking at. Seriously, he is a really cool dude. He's willing to work with you to find exactly what you want, show you similar alternatives you might not have seen someplace else, and get it to you at a great price. They're only using high quality materials in their store so none of the cheap imported Chinese stuff. The customer service is great. When they tell you they're going to call you back they definitely make it a point to call you fast. These guys don't waste time. If you're looking for some high quality floors for your house or business don't hesitate to give them a call or stop by the store! You won't be disappointed!

Nothing is more overwhelming than trying to pick a floor in a store full of choices. I walked into Old Floors thinking it’ll be another frustrating visit where I end up getting decision paralysis.
Robert helped narrow down my choices by asking me what color scheme, plank size, and wood type I like best. He was patient and answered all my questions. That helped me walk out with four different samples to choose from.
When I finally made up my mind and knew what I wanted Robert offered a price that seemed competitive and fair. Overall I had a great experience and I highly recommend Old Floors.

Absolutely in love with my hard wood floors. My family and I just moved into a new home that had existing hard wood floors on the first floor. But there was carpeting on the second floor that I wanted to be changed to hardwood. I shopped around and between three different quotes I received, Old Floors was the least expensive!!!!!! Despite the competitive price, the level of professionalism and quality of work was excellent!!!!!!

Robert and Pete were so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, from choosing the wood, to the design plan, to the completion of the job and adding the finishing touches. Carlos completed the job and it came out beautiful and was done quicker than I had expected. For 17 stairs and about 1,200 ft square second floor, the job was completed in 4 days. There were some finishing touches that I had asked for at the end and Robert sent someone in right away to address it and at no charge.

They are an absolutely amazing team at Old Floors. They do beautiful work and charge way below what they deserve.
