I discovered I was sick while traveling for work and wanted to resolve the issue before getting back on an airplane.

(March 16, 2019, 1:41 pm)I am not a local to San Jose and I was there on business when I had a rapid/unexpected episode from a painful kidney stone. I went the the Action Clinic on River Oaks and they saw me quickly, the Doctor was attentive and knowledgeable. They got me priority treatment at a ultrasound service and provided the meds needed. All happened the same day and I was on a plane home for dinner that evening. I couldn’t ask for more from an urgent care facility.

(November 21, 2018, 11:56 am)Service was excellent. Everyone was very kind and the whole visit was quick and painless. Having worked at an urgent care myself in the past, I can tell you that they are well organized and the staff are very professional. Like with most urgent cares, expect a little bit of wait because there are usually only a handful of staff working at any given time. The girls at Action did a great job of checking up on me and also apologizing for the wait, which was greatly appreciated. The doctor was also very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this urgent care.
