  I have been a patient here for 2 years now. The services they have provided for me are plenty. I was not an avid visitor of my dentist. River Oaks has helped me understand the importance of oral health, especially flossing. I honestly dreaded going to the dentist but the staff makes sure your experience is comfortable and stress free!

  I've never met a friendlier dentist than Dr. Lai. His work is great, his staff is always nice and helpful, and most of all, I definitely don't dread going to the dentist anymore. After neglecting regular cleanings for a few years, Dr. Lai has helped me get back on track and the tips he's given me have ensured that my dental health is in tip top shape! Dr. Lai, and his wife, Dr. Wu, are a top choice in Bay Area dental!

  I started visiting Dr. Lai after skipping more dental appointments than I'd like to admit. Dental procedures always make me really anxious, so it was important for me to find a dentist that took great care to keep me comfortable while still providing necessary cleanings and other dental work. When it comes to both attention to patients and quality of care, Dr. Lai is wonderful. I find that he takes great care to keep me as comfortable as possible during my cleanings, and he has never attempted to upsell me on procedures I don't need. I feel much more confident about my smile now, and I am happy to continue visiting Dr. Lai for all my dental care.
  
  Beyond my dentist, the staff have been nice. Wait times have been short, and I have had no problems scheduling appointments when I need them. Overall, I'd definitely recommend River Oaks Dental!
