Took up walking love this park clean everybody friendly
Been here since I was young. It creates character in one.
good place !
Very nice trail start/end points by Tully Public Library and Morgan Hills, round trip is almost 38 miles with intermediate elevation of around 700 spanned along the way. Nice scenery along the route between small lakes, golf courses and the creek.
Some sections, especially locations shaded from rain and have safe access to the creek stream, such as under overpasses, are usually where homeless would camp. I never encountered agressive homeless people here, however. The rest of the trail along the creek is quiet and easy to walk and jog, with beautiful vegetations and flowers. The part of the trail I accessed the most was along a golf club. This section is particularly nice to walk through. Quite often I could spot people collecting wild berries and maybe also harvest other edible plants at some points along the trail. The part along the golf course has some mild ups and downs, and in general is well-maintained. Occasionally stray cats could be spotted. During dry season the grass is dry and brown. The best time to enjoy flush green and variety of flowers is of course during spring.
