Nice theatre with clean, comfy seats. Restrooms are also clean and well maintained. Was a bit disappointed with the sound quality as it was not on par with other AMC theatres. My friend agreed with me on this hence taking a star off. Reservation of seats a big plus which made us consider this theatre. Make use of the AMC Stubs membership which will get you great deals on tickets, including $5 tickets on Tuesdays.
Average AMC cinema, the big plus is that now you can reserve sits in advance on line! Employees are very nice and fast, specially when there are a lot of people but at the entrance it can be really slow. My recommendation is to buy tickets on line so you don't make 2 big lanes , one outside buying the tickets and the other entering on the place. And for those that buy on line there should be more than one person giving them access so there are not 2 long lines in total to enter in the movies.
A clean and efficient multiplex. I went with my cousin to see the new Spiderman, and it was great, for the multiplex.
There is nothing special about the theater, but the staff was helpful, efficient and friendly. The theatre was clean and in good condition, everything worked.
And my fellow customers, were a pleasant bunch - it was a pleasant, noon eventful experience. I didn't use the bathroom, so I can't comment on that. I also didn't order any snacks - so no comment on that either.

AMC Saratoga 14 is a decent theater from the past. She has aged gracefully but doesn't have the amenities that the newer theaters have. ( ie: luxury loungers, cocktails bar service).
