Friendly front desk, the ladies I see are very professional. I'm sad that every time I find a waxer I really like they all leave after awhile.

Its been awhile since I was here and service was better than I remembered. Antonia is great, shes been there a couple of years and she knows what shes doing!

I've been coming to this location an average of twice a year for a few years now for the bikini wax. The women here are always friendly and welcoming. They are very accommodating and tries to help you get an appointment that works for you. This is great for people like me who have super busy and jammed packed schedules.. today they were able to fit me in 20 minutes after I called for the appointment.
When you arrive, the front desk will check you in. In my experience, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes before they take me in..
Now, let's get real for a minute and it's most likely tmi, but let's just say.. even though I'm one of the fortunate asian women who doesn't need frequent maintenance.. it's a little awkward and uncomfortable just thinking of a getting a bikini wax by a stranger.. but, they are very professional and try to make you feel comfortable.
Towards the end of the wax, they will try to sell you their products. But in my experience, they won't push it if you don't want it or if you are already using a different brand.
The waxing is pretty painless imo, but to each person, I guess the pain level would be different.
Besides not being able to get and be a regular to just one specific esthetician because it seem like most of them only work there for a few months then leave.. I would recommend trying out this location.. and use their first timer promotions.
