Sutter Walk-In Care - San Jose - Prospect

I returned this week to the Prospect San Jose Sutter clinic for a flu shot. Perfect experience from scheduling appointment that morning to the visit. Wish they offered the Covid vaccine.

I woke up miserable on a Sunday recently and tested positive for Covid. It is very hard to get the usual help on a weekend and I was thankful my health network (Sutter) offered a walk-in clinic nearby. Even better, I could stay home and do the consult by video. My nurse-practitioner was awesome and went through everything with me, symptoms, my personal risk of serious disease, paxlovid and drug interactions, and she ordered paxlovid from my local pharmacy. I can’t describe the relief at getting this kind of help when I felt so awful and I sure appreciate it! I can certainly recommend the Sutter Prospect Ave Walk-in clinic for professional doctoring especially outside of normal hours or business days.

The staff was kind and understanding. I was able to get an appointment a couple of hours later when I wanted to have a new rash evaluated. Thanks for the great care.

Easy to set up an appointment and no other patients were there when I arrived. I was seen right away. The staff was friendly and competent. Very pleased with the care I received.
