Excellent experience. The front desk team is very cooperative and supporting. Though they have complementary breakfast, you may have to think of lunch and dinner. The food delivery apps are not equipped with all international numbers.

I stayed here on July 21st, 2022. I've stayed at many hotels around the world and I was thoroughly impressed with the kindness of the front desk staff, the decor of the lobby, and all of the unexpected amenities. Not only are the rooms equipped with full kitchens including silverware, coffee mugs, plates, toasters, etc, there are two built-in gas grills on the patio for guest use. I did notice that a key was not necessary to open my room door. It could just be pushed open. Perhaps this was missed when the door was installed as this feels like a brand new hotel. Front desk staff immediately responded to correct the situation. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay again not only because it's a pretty incredible value, it's a class act hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. I will see you again if I'm ever in the area.

This was really an excellent hotel. Nice and clean. The pool area was nice. The rooms with a large fridge and dishwasher and sink was very nice to have with a baby especially for a couple night stay so we did not have to eat all meals out. It is conveniently located right off the expressway too. And just a few minutes from Downtown Monroe.

I've stayed here over a month for work, and cannot say enough great things. The staff are engaging and helpful. Elliott, Makenna, and Cody are fantastic. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Pool is great albeit small. No hot tub, but the rest of the experience makes up for it. Housekeeping has remembered my preferences every week when they clean, and having done my fair amount of travel, I can say with confidence this is the best hotel experience I've had. 5 ☆.
