  My husband and I bought a house and knew right away that we wanted to do a full house remodel and addition. After interviewing many contractors, to our luck- we came across Ginadi and Feldman construction. From the moment we met him, we knew we were going to be in good hands. He was very patient with us explaining the process and also very helpful with giving us many different ideas and helping guide us through decisions we were less certain about. We were mostly afraid of how much time and headache we may have with adding such a big addition as well as dealing with the county- but Ginadi and his team took care of all of that and did so smoothly. 
The results came out better than imagined, the work and craftsmanship of the Feldman team and designers were so helpful and we really enjoyed the process. Thank you to Ginadi and his team we will definitely recommend working with Feldman Construction to those who are looking to do a construction project.

  Unusual for present times is that Ginadi takes pride in the quality of his work. My renovation went smoothly, was trouble free and is a source of much pleasure to me me. I could not wish for a better building contractor.

  Ginadi (Feldman) did an AWESOME job managing the renovation of our house built in the 70’s to being our forever home. We chose him for his integrity, his transparency, and just him being a pleasure to work with from beginning of our project (proposal/quote) to completion of our beautiful house. There were no “surprise” charges in what was quoted to us. He gave us practical advice on choosing alternate materials. He followed our architect’s design to the “T”. And more importantly, we worked with him as a team, which enabled us to move-in to our brand new house as planned. If you have a construction project, look no more. You will not be disappointed hiring Feldman Construction.

  I can't say enough great things about Ginadi Feldman with Feldman Construction. When first looking for a contractor to take on our entire house remodel, Ginadi and his team seemed to be the company that we could trust with such a project. It was such a joy to work with Ginadi, who communicated with us every step of the way and was extremely easy to work with. You will have no problems getting in contact with him with any questions or concerns. In fact even after the project was finished, we still can rely on Ginadi to answer our calls. His company has heart, he truly cares about his clients, and it is evident through every single interaction.

  Ginadi did a renovation for my brother's place which turned out really well. Recently, I had a leaking window that needed to be repaired due to the storms and I contacted him. He was extremely prompt and professional, and he and his crew were courteous and did a fantastic job on the repair. We will definitely work with Ginadi again.
