  I have been here for almost 4 years now and am very appreciative of the hard work by the people here, such as Julie and Lily who are two very helpful and kind women. They really do go out of their way to make sure residents are enjoying their stay . The landscaping here is top notch and makes it a very nice to walk around with my family. I am happy to be here.
  They renovated the gym not too long ago and it's amazing! The place is near VTA and grocery stores and a lot of good restaurants e. I am really satisfied by the maintenance workers that take care of our needs quickly.
  
  Double paned windows are great. Pretty safe area, with those taking walks in the neighborhood and I have never had a problem here. Walls are not as thick though as I may prefer but overall have recommended it to others

  I like the Management company. Easy to work with, very helpful upon vacate with the handling my final account balance. They really are interested in working with you after you leave, just as much as they help you enjoy the property while you are a tenant and take care of all of your needs. Their properties are very well maintained. I would recommend them and would be interested in coming back to live at their property.

  Halford Gardens is a wonderful apartment complex. If you really want to feel like you are at home and part of a thriving community, this is the place. It's so close to freeways, stores and restaurants, yet cozy enough to give you the feeling of a community. You can be happy to invite your family and friends over for a visit. It hard to find a place like the Halford Gardens Apartments, It's clean, warm, safe and inviting and that's important especially In this ever-moving, fast-paced environment that we are currently living in. For nearly 8-years it has been my home. The landscape is kept very well. All your deliveries are secure. There's a gym with nice equipment to work out and two pools which are always kept clean. The on-site management team are always there to help you and will follow-up on any issues to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome because they are part of the community too. If there are any maintenance needed, they"ll take care of it within a very short span of time. To be right in the heart of Silicone Valley and still be able to feel like you're really at home is something that many apartment complexes can't offer. I seen the neighborhood go through many changes but one thing me and my family can say is that the Halford Garden Apartment remains the same and still is one the the best apartment complexes to live at, in this valley.
