The staff is friendly enough. Turnover seems high. Most haircuts have been excellent and what I asked for
I have been going here since they opened and I have been very satisfied each time. I have tried everything including the facial ( Jenny is the best in this area) , keratin perms, volume perms, color and cuts. My teenage son, who is super picky exclusively only goes here to get his hair done. They are not the most affordable with the cost, but the quality is superior and the cut looks natural the next day.
First off, you know you're in good hands when your stylist LOOKS like a kpopstar: *cough* (Jessica!!)
Was the first cut and color of the day, and the owner Jenny and Jessica were there with coffee and hair color recommendations (because my hair was a DIY hot mess project for many years.) They were super efficient, professional and were thorough with their advice (17+ years of experience in Korea and the U.S.)
My hair was super damaged, bleached unevenly and brassy, but within a quick 2 hours of watching their 60 inch screen tv, I was back to feeling amazing with my new hairstyle.
Jessica made the color PERFECT, dark brown with ash tone, because I want it to fade eventually to a lighter brown.
My cut originally was a literal straight cut with full volume, but she layered it beautifully, giving me the wispy sides I wanted and feeling light and perfect.
The blowdry and curl finale left my hair looking fabulous, soft and light, even 6 hours later… *hair flip*
It still feels amazing and I can't stop touching my hair lol.
The price is very reasonable and remember to negotiate before the cut, note that it depends on your hair length also!
The quality of products used and quality of your hair after is well worth the experience, don't miss out!!
