  5 stars for Tim and his great customer service. 1 star for all the other people who called and left voice mail that DIDN'T indicate that my "reservation" wasn't really complete despite what the emails from Public Storage said. I'd have tried harder to get someone at the office on the phone if I knew I might not get the size space I needed. I'm SO happy Tim got everything squared away so that I now have the space I need at the price I was quoted.

  I rented a space last Sunday, and Sheila was accommodating with my move-in. She's very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well from the start inside the office up to showing us our storage space, and overall her customer service was outstanding. The facility is so clean and climate-controlled.

  Thanks for the wonderful help from Tim in what otherwise seemed like a complicated unit transfer. He made it very easy and was very professional throughout. Great service!

  I visited this location on 3 Aug 2020 and Sheila was outstanding... genuine with a great attitude, tremendous knowledge, above and beyond willingness to take care of customers. Answered all my questions and did everything to help me get storage. She exemplifies outstanding customer service.

  My experience with this facility has been excellent. Upon arriving I was greeted by a gentleman named Tim. He was very professional and answered all my questions and then some. His explanation of the process and the materials available to me for use was very clear and I had no problems with his recommendations and what I needed. The facility is clean and well kept and access to our storage locker was exceptional for our needs. After looking at other facilities, they cost here was cheaper than anywhere else. Thanks to Tim's suggestions and guidance we look forward to a good relationship with public storage here in Santa Clara. On a personal comment, Tim you rock!
