We had Magna Shutters add shutters to all our windows in our house and we couldn't be any more happier. The work that they do is top-notch. Extreme attention to details. Everything is custom.

Miguel and Sandra are super friendly and very transparent. They're family owned and operated but also very professional. They made us feel like we were a part of their family throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best shutters in your neighborhood.

We had Magna Shutters install our shutters the end of July. We are extremely happy with them and love the way our place looks with them. Miguel and Sandra were wonderful from start to finish. They both were very helpful with the initial visit explaining the different types of shutters they offer and going over the different samples they brought. I loved the fact they are family owned and install the shutters themselves. Miguel oversees the installation process and is extremely knowledgeable with the process. I’m pleased with my transaction with Magna Shutters. The experience was pleasant from beginning to end. Sandra and Miguel were very professional. I asked for the quote and they came to my home to initially measure. They promised that I will be dealing with the same people throughout the term of the project and they surely delivered!
They gave me an estimate time of delivery and I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived sooner than expected. Miguel installed the window shutters and I can tell how skillful and passionate he is with his craft as evident to the quality of his workmanship. He was very meticulous with the alignment of all the shutters and panels.
To give a little background story, I initially dealt with and ordered my shutters through Costco via their vendor, Bay Home and Windows. Bay Home and Windows' cost was more. However, the quality did not reflect the high cost they charge their customers. I allowed Bay Home and Windows 3 times to get it right but it was foolish to give them a fourth chance. In fairness, Bay Home and Windows were willing to do it until they get it right. For some reason, their shutter louvers were not aligned and had issues with opening and closing. When I contacted Bay Home and Windows, they said they got warped in transit. I reached-out to Bay Home and Windows to give me refund; which they did after numerous emails and phone calls.
My experience with Magna Shutters was incomparable! Magna Shutters had excellent customer service and good quality!

Needed replacement of shutters that had broken, Magna Shutters made it easy simple, and a hassle free job. I was sold on there website, they promised and delivered . Sandra was thorough and matched us with the perfect product. Miguel suggested removing the window sill for a much cleaner look and glad he did. From my initial reach out through to installation, every member of this company demonstrated professionalism and expertise. I couldn't be happier with my plantation shutters, they have transformed my home's inner beauty, improved it value and made my life easier as they are a breeze to open and close and have so many more options then the 2" wood blinds I had previously. I love how they recycled my old blinds to Habitat for Humanity and left my home spotless when the installation work was finished. I had received quotes from 2 other companies and chose to go with a local, family run business rather then a big box store and I will recommend Magna Shutters to all my friends and family!
