(April 8, 2019, 12:19 am)At first I was skeptical about AAA recommended body shops and chosed Akins because it was the first one the list. Turned out it was a right decision. Akins restored my Subaru to factory condition! They even fixed a flat tire for me. The car is looking as good as when it left the dealership. Ryan was courteous and kept me informed on the progress everyday. I’m glad Akins repaired my car. The reviews on Yelp are true. Definitely recommend if you have the need!

(April 5, 2019, 7:36 pm)My experience with this company was exceptional! From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly by everyone. My car who I refer to as my baby lol was hit, and needed front in repair.
Through out the process while my car was in service. I was constantly updated via phone call and text. Needless to say my car was beautiful! I almost did not recognize it when, I saw it after the repairs were completed.
Thank you, to Ryan and the rest of the team for taking very good care of my car., -

Their quality of work is always beyond my expectations.... They get you back on the road pretty fast as well... No need to compare shops... Akins is number 1 and always will be!!!

(January 20, 2019, 3:22 pm)This place is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My car got broken into last month and AAA sent me to get my window replaced at a different place and it turned out there was more damage. I took my car to Akins to get an estimate and repair and they've been super helpful in explaining the process and setting everything up for me. I just dropped off my car today and a car rental and pickup was arranged for me. The staff here is wonderful and accommodating. I am also receiving text alert and status updates. Looking forward to seeing how the repair goes when I pick up my car next week. The experience has been positive so far and based on that I would recommend this center.
Update: Car repair was done in 7 days and looks great. Communication was amazing as well. Received frequent updates about the status and also from Chanel who was always ready to answer my questions. Quality of the repair is good. The leather seat repair looked a little bit obvious and didn't blend well with the original seat but was told that it could take a few days to set in and blend. They told me to bring the car back in 30 days and they will polish it up for me after the material sets in. Great service and friendly staff with full itemized receipt. I would recommend this place to anyone.
