  Thank you, Dr. Karo for taking such a good care of me.
  I came two ago after a trip abroad and I was really unbalanced, Dr. Karo advised me to do his correctional program and come see him more often to help me with the pain.. He also gave me homework to do like, stretching, mobilizing and nutritional tips to help me to recover, being healthy and be able to get back to normal. Today after 2 weeks of specified adjustments I woke up and was low back pain free and it was such a relief and a boost to my confidence not to give up on myself and get to work more on myself.
  Seeing Dr. Karo is going on education, he will find exactly what you need to improve your life and get back to being you again and not the injured, sad and hopeless at times when you are in pain and unhealthy. You can always trust Dr. Karo to have your back and never give up. ;)

  I was new to fitness, using bad form, and over-exerting myself. This caused me lower back and shoulder pain. Someone suggested I try a chiropractor so I picked one that was close to work, but it did not help much. Neither did massages. One of the athletes at NorcalCrossfit mentioned Platinum Chiropractic. I came to know that Dr. Karo was a CrossFit coach too, so I decided to try Platinum Chiropractic out… one of my best decisions ever.
  
  Most of the time he's able to tell where I am hurting and a lot of times he has caught the pain early. How do I know? He would suggest I focus on stretches that would help. Just like with flossing, I would procrastinate and eventually, I would start hurting where he said I would. He cares about his patients, and even hosts seminars, initiates group health challenges and invites professionals from other focus areas to educate his patients (I have been to a Meditation seminar and a Motivational speaker seminar).

  Dr.Karo has it nailed down with Neuro-Structural Chiropractic Approach. I went in not knowing or believing I could be fixed. I had headaches, I was lethargic, had constant aches and pains - the list goes on. On top of that, motivation was tough, but the family feel that both Dr. Karo and Kristen provide alongside results you can actually see and feel helped push me through. Here I am less than a year later feeling like a completely different person than I was when I first walked through their doors. It took me 10 years to get to the place I was and with Dr. Karo's expertise, it has taken only a matter of months to start reversing the damage and feeling better again.
  
  Joining the Platinum Chiropractic family was one of the best decisions I have made. The treatment is top notch and so is the advice that goes along with it. A better routine of mobility is encouraged and is ultimately a life changer especially if you sit at a desk for a living.
