The big advantage was Deepak and Karishma own a construction firm as well, and help build homes. So, in every home, Deepak took his time, and provided a lot of guidance on the construction of the home and suggested possible changes we can do. He was always listening to us. He never pushed us to buy anything, gave his expertise and let us decide. Their entire Anthem team has been very professional, and accommodated our schedules.
