Maisie's Peak

Overall good trail. Mostly shaded but can get difficult towards the end. We started at 7.30 AM from the piccheti winery and reached the top at around 9.30
We were back in the parking lot at 11.30. Also saw deer and peacock on the way.

Nice trail wonderful view from the top it's better to start early as, if it sunny not too much shade as it's open wide trail majorly and having the All trail map helps you as they have a lot of trails that merge there they do have the boards but it's better with the navigate map on phone.

Good hike, not too challenging, and not too long. Plan to park along be the side of the road before the last turn, parking lot (prospect road) is often full. All trails at the park are dog friendly.

Beautiful views of the Bay Area - on a clear day one can see all the way up to Mt Tamalpais, Mt Hamilton and Mt Diablo along with views of San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland. Additionally one can also the Google, Apple and Facebook campuses from the top of Maisie's peak.
