Rochelle, the manager, is amazing. She's a clear and kind communicator and very quick to show us our options and explain the differences. I immediately rented exactly what I wanted - only 5 min from my house - and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Rochelle!

I used to store my belongings at this PS location for a long time. Rochelle is the BEST property manager. She's attentive, respectful, and does her job accurately. James is also so helpful and pleasant. That being said, I have serious concerns about this location. For starters, why is there no elevator security to obtain access to your floor? The sign is there, but there's no added security measure. Anyone can gain access to the floors. I've reported this to corporate, too. I'm really concerned with this. This location is in very safe Saratoga. However, anything can happen these days anywhere. I want more security here. The security needs to be better in regards to the elevator access. I don't hold Rochelle or James accountable at all. They do an incredible job, and go above and beyond! I've reported this issue to Public Storage corporate and will continue to do so until resolved. It's usually very quiet here, but sometimes I see random people and kids on the property. Therefore, added elevator security is a necessity. Rochelle and James are wonderful. The site is clean, well maintained, and safe. I'm happy to give 4 stars, but I just wish this one safety concern was reviewed. Anyone can gain access to the floors. Besides that one thing, this location is fabulous and I've had no problems.

We have been so happy with having a unit here. Rochelle has been amazingly helpful and supportive. It’s a weird time to be packing up your life and having never had a storage unit we had no clue about how to go about it. Rochelle has been so patient with our endless questions and is always so willing to help in any way. We know our precious stuff will be safe while it’s there and that it is a huge relief to us. Very grateful!

I am so fortunate to work with Rochelle, property manager at PS Saratoga! I was so nervous about having my possessions in a storage facility, but Rochelle has made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and given me peace of mind. She answers all questions I have (many), responds promptly to any voicemail, and helps me with all concerns. She's very good at making sure the facility is clean, well maintained, and 100% secure. I wouldn't store my stuff here if I felt otherwise. I was really nervous, but am much more calm now. Rochelle is responsible, very friendly, and PS is VERY lucky to have her. I've seen many unreliable storage managers who didn't seem to care or take pride in their work. Rochelle does, and that matters! Thanks so much, Rochelle.. for making me feel safe and secure!

Yesterday I added another unit with the tremendous help from Rochelle at the front office. We are so happy that we were able to secure this new unit. I would highly recommend others to rent at this Public Storage location.
